Each team participating in the Summer Hockey for Sophie one-day tournament has a dedicated JustGiving page.

The team that raises the most funds wins a special prize. If your organisation or company would like to sponsor a team through “adopting” them, please get in touch. This could be through encouraging employees and your network to make donations, matching employee donations, or a single donation to match your adopted hockey team’s total raised.

All funds raised are being managed through JustGiving, going directly to Little Hearts Matter with Gift Aid where appropriate. (RCN: 1123290).

Our fundraising will help Little Hearts Matter to support families, in the same way they supported Andrew and Sarah in 2015, to navigate this rare and life-threatening condition.
